Standard Meinl percussion rod, 9,5 mm diameter, 26 cm long. Fits in anything, except most tube multiclamps who mostly really start gripping rods from 10,5 mm and up.
These are industry standards.
Won't break, won't bent, the knurled surface will stay good for a long time even after the most gruesome abuse, and there are also versions with 3/8" threads on one side so they can be used to hold mics.
